A: Of course! You are more than welcome. From changing a single light bulb to grocery shopping when you're unable to move due to a high fever, please leave any small daily troubles to "Yuiyui." *Please note that we may decline requests that involve illegal acts, specialized qualifications (such as electrical work), or dangerous tasks. Feel free to ask, "Can you do this?" first!
Q: I'm a bit anxious about letting a man into my home...
A: Don't worry, the female owner (myself) will visit you directly! Many women living alone and elderly residents have told us they feel safe and comfortable relying on our service.
Q: Is there a fee for estimates or consultations?
A: Estimates are completely free. If you send us photos via LINE, we can often provide an approximate cost in advance.
Q: I'm worried about unexpected additional charges on the day.
A: We never make arbitrary additional charges. We always present the final amount before starting the work and only proceed once you are satisfied.
Q: Can you come on short notice today?
A: If we have an opening, same-day response is possible! Please feel free to check our availability via LINE.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash payments on the day of service, bank transfers to our Japanese domestic account, and payments via Wise. You can choose the most convenient method for you.
